Will your content work on my phone?
Our
content is only suitable for MMS-enabled phones on major
Australian mobile networks. Consult your phone's manual
and your provider to see if your phone is MMS enabled (you
may need to activate the MMS service with your provider).
Doesn't seem to work with Virgin, either on Prepaid or Plans.

having a technical issue with getting your content to
work on my phone.
As we
are providing this content through a third-party provider,
fonetoons.com
- all technical queries should be directed to them. We just
make the stuff, and don't worry our silly little heads about
how it all works.
- How
much does your content cost?
This
will depend on your plan and your Telco, but will range
from about $2 to about $5. It will appear on your bill as
"Fonetoons MMS" or similar. Always ask permission
from the person responsible for paying the phone bill, if
it isn't you.
- Why
is your content only available to Australian users?
Our
current deal is with a third party who only supply to the
Australian market. If you're from another country and really
want our content, try asking your own provider if they will
stock our designs. We'd be very happy if they did! A small
amount of our content is available in the US from PhonePimp.com |
